These Terms govern your use of the Pip app, operated by Pritam (“we,” “us”). By downloading or using Pip, you agree to them.
Pip is a daily-commitment habit app: each morning before 10:00 AM you write your 3 most important tasks, name when you'll do them, lock them in, and snap mandatory photo proof to finish each task. Your first 7 days are completely free without requiring a credit card or account creation. After 7 days, Pip is a paid app requiring an active subscription to continue.
New users receive a 7-day free period upon installation without entering payment details. To continue after 7 days, auto-renewable subscriptions are billed securely through your Apple ID:
Prices are displayed in USD and may vary by storefront currency; live prices are retrieved dynamically from Apple / RevenueCat at checkout.
Auto-renewal & Cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID account is charged at confirmation of purchase and at each renewal period. You can manage or cancel your active subscription anytime through Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iOS device.
Purchases are also subject to Apple’s standard EULA for app-store apps.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use Pip. You agree not to misuse the app — including reverse-engineering it, interfering with its operation, or using it unlawfully.
The tasks, intentions, and reflections you write are yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to operate the app for you — including, when you choose to use the AI features, sending the relevant text to our AI provider to generate your result (see the Privacy Policy). Your core content is stored on your device.
Pip’s AI features produce automated suggestions and observations. They may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not professional advice of any kind (medical, psychological, financial, or otherwise). Use your own judgment; the daily-three commitment and any decisions are yours.
Pip is a productivity tool, not a healthcare, medical, or mental-health service. If you need professional help, consult a qualified professional.
Pip is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of Pip. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using Pip and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated. On termination, the license ends; your on-device data remains yours to keep or delete.
We may update these Terms; we’ll revise the effective date and, for material changes, provide notice in the app or on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by Apple's standard App Store terms and agreements, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
