1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pip ("we", "us", or "our"), regarding your access to and use of the Pip mobile application on iOS.

If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the application and must uninstall it immediately.

2. Description of Service

Pip is a productivity application designed to help users commit to and track their daily habits. The core loop requires users to write three tasks before 10:00 AM local time and mark them all complete by 11:59 PM local time to maintain a progress streak. Failing to lock in tasks on time or failing to complete them all resets the streak.

Subscription Required: Pip operates on a subscription-only model. After completing onboarding, you must subscribe to a paid plan to use the application. The subscription provides full access to the daily goals commitment interface, streaks tracking, focus timers, weekly reflections, and optional premium AI insights.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscribing to Pip grants you continuous access to all application features on your device.

• Pricing: Subscriptions are offered on a recurring basis: **$4.99 per week** or **$39.99 per year**.
• Free Trial: The Annual subscription plan includes a **7-day free trial**. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period, it will automatically convert into a paid annual subscription.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price and duration unless auto-renew is turned off or the subscription is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
• Billing: Payments are processed entirely through the Apple App Store, and charges will be billed to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your Apple ID Subscription Settings on your iOS device. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Refunds: All transaction refunds are managed exclusively by Apple. We do not have the authorization to process refunds directly.

4. Intellectual Property License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and use the Pip application on iOS devices owned or controlled by you, strictly for your personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or extract the source code of the application or exploit it for any unauthorized commercial purposes.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you write, record, or store inside Pip (including tasks, weekly intentions, reflections, and notes).

By using the application, you grant us a limited, secure, and automated license to process this content locally on your device, and to transmit it (only when you explicitly trigger premium AI features) to our third-party AI provider to generate recommendations. We do not claim ownership of, sell, or permanently store your content on our servers.

6. AI Features Disclaimer

Our premium Weekly reflection insights, suggestions, and task checks are generated by automated artificial intelligence models (routed via OpenRouter to Google Gemini).

AI outputs are for motivational and general informational purposes only. They are not professional productivity, psychological, medical, or legal advice. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Pip is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Pritam or our affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the application, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim under these terms is capped at the amount paid by you for the subscription during the past 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and your relationship with Pip shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this document. Continued use of Pip after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
